Fees
The Michigan Notary Public Act provides that a notary public may charge up to $10.00 per notarial act. Additional fees for travel may be negotiated between the notary and the client prior to the commencement of the travel. Evenings and weekends may be charged a premium fee. Online services have additional fees.
